Job title: Corporate Recruitment Specialist
Job description: - Receive and check all the personnel requisitions of all departments in the divisions which be in charge.

- Search internal candidate resources, candidate database, draft advertising information for in charged positions.

- Supporting Head of Corporate Recruitment in Recruitment branding and implement the jobs to improve recruitment process.

- Contact to candidates to arrange interview schedule as required.

- Direct interview and propose to assigned positions from supervisor and above.

- Ensure all employees are arranged logically; put the right man, right jobs to meet the objectives of that department.

- Summary interview results, submit the pass candidate profiles.

- Draft offer letters, recruitment announcement. Support onboarding activities for new employees.

- The admin job of Recruitment Dept. as: arrange, classify candidate profile, in-put data.

- Update regularly labor market, C&B ... of the peers. Propose the solutions for recruitment effectively.

- Implement recruitment reports such as: the number of CVs which to find in the month / quarter / year, the number of candidates join interview, the number / percentage of successful candidates, the number of candidates report for duty... or other unexpected reports.

General: Years of experience: At least 3 years

  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate
  General request: - Male/Female, over 25 years old, good health.

- University: Business Administration, Human Resources Management.

- Good in English and computer skills.

- Recruitment and selection skills (positions manager.

- At least 03 years experiences in the same position, working in FMCG is preferred.

- Knowledge of HR management. Understanding and applying labor laws.
