Job title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job description: - Job Location: 01 in Hanoi and 01 in HCM city.
- Support the Business Line Head in setting strategy, direction and objectives.

- Work with the Group Head of HR in setting HR strategy, policies and processes for the business line.

- Work closely with business line management team on recruitment/manpower plans, performance and talent development/management. For recruitment, the HRBP is responsible for hiring all staff below manager level and works closely with Group Head of HR/Recruitment & Talent Management Manager to identify, select and on-board the best individual at the manager level.

- In coordinate with Recruitment & Talent Management Manager, promote TMG and business line culture/brand and support the business line management in driving employee engagement.

- Work closely with Group HR to keep abreast of HR best practice, group direction/strategy and in support of special projects (for example acquisitions, group-wide HR programs/projects).

- Provide a high-quality, responsive, efficient and professional HR service to the business line in the areas of recruitment/selection, talent management/development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary/grievance, employment law/compliance, training, performance management, employee engagement/communications, group/business line policies and procedures, HR analysis/metrics.

- Manage compensation and benefits for all staff below manager level within group/business line rewards strategy. Work with Compensation & Benefits Manager on new or policy changes, annual adjustment, competitive positioning, C&B defensive strategies.

- Develop the HR capability of his/her team through training, coaching, mentoring, teambuilding to continuously.

- Review and analyze HR issues according to manpower budget, business strategy, and operating needs so as to provide advisory support and recommend HR solutions to the business management team.

- Conduct training/development needs analysis, design and implement priority/systematic training plans for different levels of staff or functional areas with input from business heads. Manage training/development costs within budget and review effectiveness. Work with Recruitment & Talent Management Manager on annual development review and key talent development.

- Lead change programs whenever necessary in response to changes in group, business needs and/or market conditions, while ensuring compliance with prevailing HR policies and practices.

- Monitor compliance with group and business line HR policies.

- Develop, manage and monitor business line service level agreements with business management/group HR.

- Explore market best practices in business line sector and adapt/implement appropriate best practices in the business line.

- Enhance service delivery and further the professional development of individual team members.

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 8 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate
  General request: - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 8-10 years generalist HR experience, including experience of managing an HR team/small unit, ideally within the travel/hospitality industry.

- HR Experience of working in hospitality industry preferred.

- Proven ability to work with department/business line management levels from diverse backgrounds and building strong relationships.
