- Work closely with local line managers to influence, coach and support best practice people management.

- Manage all recruitment and selection activities in line with annual recruitment and headcount budgets. Selects and manages relationships with external recruitment providers on a needs basis as required. Ensure that appropriate compliance is achieved in relation to employment pass for all foreign hires.

- Oversee the implementation of benefits administration including insurance policies administration, enrolment, deletion and renewal, self-administered medical/dental/maternity benefits, annual/medical leave tracking.

- Lead the Employee Recreation Committee and implement Employee Event programmes which engage with the maximum number of employees and which are on budget.

- Implement and supports performance management systems and procedures to ensure all employees participate in high quality performance reviews, and all performance related issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

- Ensure that all new employees to the business receive a high quality induction programme (pre-boarding and post-boarding), utilizing all available resources.

- Provide direction and administration of all compensation and benefits.

- Develop, review and manage appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all industrial and employee relations legislation, as well as internal and external audit requirements.

- Provide coaching and operational direction to Human Resource team members to develop, coach and expand skills and experience.

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.

- Other day to day HR operations, projects and reports as required.
