Job description: - Set up a new high-class branch which have Operation and Factory in Viet Nam.

- Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene

- Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are

completed & in place according to company's policy & chain operation manual.

- Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.

- Ensure that all branches under supervision are able to achieve objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization.

- Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under his supervision as per company's policy.

- Monitor Labor by analyzing company reports, labor scheduling, Labor productivity...

- Ensure understanding of security procedures in all store under supervision.

- Investigate any labor problems in area refers the hot issues to chain management for legal actions.

- Could be assigned for extra assignments by his immediate supervisor.

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 3 years
  Minimum career level: Director
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
    Chinese (Mandarin) - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: - Minimum of 2 years senior management experience in a Operation Manager in garment/textile company

- Minimum of 5 years senior management experience in a HR & Admin Manager in garment/textile company

- Strong technical skills in garment/textile.

- Language skills - fluency in English

- Prefer good Chinesse communicate

- Ability to supervise, motivates, lead and organise.

- Good attitude, judgment, integrity and responsible.

- Must be able to take and implement directives from supervisor.

- Must have thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations governing garment/textile company preparation and service to insure quality and a safe food work environment.

- Ability to work under stress.

- Ability to work in multi task environment
