Job description: BASIC JOB PURPOSE:
- Gain specification from Brands and Buyers and follow up it with GS team and communicate with Direct Sales team.
- Maintain and develop the gained specification by developing seasonal color reference or samples' approval
- Liaise with TAS team providing the technical support to buying houses to maintain Coats' local service to GKAs/ Buying Houses/ Specifiers
- Focus on high value products' specification
- Support line manager in supervision of GS daily activities in absence of Line manager
- Get Coats thread/colors specified in Brands and Buyers' trim sheets
- Provide technical support to Brands and Buyers Handle complaints/objections from Brands and Buyers
- Follow up specification with Direct sales staffs by a fully-effective communication system
- Communicate with Brands and Buyers in terms of CPP's products,services, company, Coats Group on behalf of CPP.
- Pay frequent visit to Brands and Buyers as planned and scheduled
- Maintain and develop current accounts
- Entry new accounts in responsible area
- Coordinate with relevant departments/employees to effectively fulfill the assigned tasks
- Build and implement biannual/ annual sales plan for the accounts in charge
- Record all necessary sales data/history/profile as requested by line manager
- Report sales facts to line manager
- Mentor new coming Sales Executives for basic tasks.
- Supervise GS daily activities if given authorization from Line manager
- OTHER DUTIES: Any irregular assignment other than above descriptions related to Sales assigned by Line Manager


  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: at least 4 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language:
- University Graduate, Economic/Management faculty is preferable
- 04 years in industrial sales area
- Proficiency level in English, adequate knowledge about economy/management, good communication skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill, proactive attitude, leadership
  Computer skills: N/A
  Soft skills: N/A
  Other skills: N/A
