Job description:

Role Purpose
- To lead motivate and manage the technical advisory service team in the assigned area to provide technical support to customers, assist the sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of the Coats offer and to assist the Sales team in achieving agreed results and any other targets within agreed time frames.
Key Activities
- To monitor and coach technical personnel in the assigned territory, to identify training and development needs so that any obstacles to achieving agreed targets can be overcome
- To recruit, train, coach the new TAS executive to competent level
- To develop visit and route plans to ensure that designated potential and existing customers are visited and provided added value technical support to customers :
1. Provide Sewing and Embroidery solutions
2. Technical service support to Buyers/ Buying Offices/Customers
3. Provide technical trainings - internal and external, seminars, workshops, technical presentations for company, product/brand promotion.
4. Use technical knowledge to maximize values of thread in customers' place.
5. Lead PES/EVC drives or any technical benchmark, technical/ thread recommendation for product up gradation
6. Support sales team to develop sales of high value products

General: Years of experience: At least 3 years
