RECRUITMENT
- Partner with hiring managers to complete job requisitions and determine recruitment strategy.
- Coordinate advertising for open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, assist in selection, and coordinate offers for position.
- Network within the industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline.
NEW HIRE PROCESS
- Work with hiring manager to ensure orientation process and schedule is complete prior to start date; follow-up to ensure all orientation programs are completed for all employee levels.
- Meet with new hires on first day to complete check in procedures.
- Hold touch base meetings with new hires during first 3 months with Coach.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues
- Provide coaching and counseling to management and staff
- Collaborate with Legal Counsel to handle sensitive issues
- Conduct semi-annual proactive touch bases with each person up to Director level and identity Employee Relations trends while recommending solutions.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS (Mid-year and Year-end Review)
- Administer the review process for both mid-year and year-and reviews
- Partner with Director and Sr. Management to execute salary increase process on time and on budget
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Coordinate to organize training activities according to the annual training plan
- Work out and implement succession planning and tailor made career development programs for key keepers.
CLIENT SUPPORT
- Actively pursue knowledge of clients business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business.
- Build relationship with staff of client groups at all levels built on respect and trust.
- Be available and responsive to provide customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in team alignments for clients groups; Partner with management and consultants to ensure goals are met.
- Conduct exit interviews.
