Job description: • Follow up employee`s probation to register social & health insurance/ Theo dõi thời gian thử việc của nhân viên để thực hiện đăng ký BHXH & BHYT.

• Make out social insurance paychecks and/or assist supervisor in calculation of special payments or preparation of report to social insurance authorities/ Thực hiện thanh tóan tiền BHXH và hỗ trợ giám sát trong việc lập báo cáo BHXH định kỳ.

• Explains the benefit program to new employees and assists employees to make informed selections about insurance coverage/ Giải thích chương trình phúc lợi cho nhân viên mới & hỗ trợ nhân viên về các thông tin bảo hiểm

• Assists employees to prepare claims for benefits and contacts insurance carriers to resolved misunderstandings about coverage/ Hỗ trợ nhân viên làm những thanh tóan tiền bồi thường phúc lợi & liên hệ với bảo hiểm để thực hiện thanh tóan kịp thời cho nhân viên.

• Supports C&B Supervisor in resolution of employee grievances by preparing documentation and maintaining records/Hỗ trợ giám sát trong việc giải quyết những khiếu nại của nhân viên về bảo hiểm bằng cách chuẩn bị các tài liệu và dữ liệu liên quan.

Take a role as a key contact with Labor Department, Social Insurance Department, Health insurance, etc./ Đóng vai trò chính trong việc liên hệ với các cơ quan như Sở Lao động, cơ quan bảo hiểm XH, bảo hiểm Y tế, cơ quan bảo hiểm tai nạn con người, v.v.

General: Years of experience: At least 2 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: • Bachelor, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Foreign Trade

• Understanding of Procedures covering health & social insurance.

• Practical experience in creating, storing documents and supervision over documentation flow.

• Experienced with running Payroll software.

o Basic understanding of ISO systems:
 Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)

 Understand that employees have to perform according to SBS which was built according to the ISO systems.

 Must go through the ISO awareness training which is part of orientation program for all new hire.

• Can use Microsoft Office

• English at B level or equal

• Good communicator.

• Well organized.

• 1-2 years experience in compensation & benefits administration.

• 3 years experience in personnel administration in international company.
