Job description: General Administrative Functions:

- Collect and make Daily Call Report and Sales Monthly Report

- Check and ensure personal claims, petty cash claims, bills for payment, travel forms, are correctly
completed and within the Bank's approved guidelines, prior to approval by Head of SME

- Assist UORM to complete SME's BKCSA and GKCS

- Control and monitor the level of stationery stock and replenish as required according to approved budget with proper recording

- Coordinate general housekeeping of office, such as photocopier, fax machine

- Scheduling training and meeting for team

- Monitoring leave schedule of staff

- Manage diary / appointment schedule and co-ordinate & arrange general travel / accommodation for Head, SME Department within and outside the country

- Some other works will be assigned by Sales Head


- Ensure compliance with the Group's standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and KYC

- Participate in and/or support the bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities

- Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and KYC in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting, suspicious, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training, provide support to superior and subordinates
