- Develop and meet sales target
- Implement "Feel Good" policies and procedures
- Study and understand deeply Subaru technology and features of each Subaru models
- Develop customer database, maintain customer relationship in order to sell cars
- Provide quotation, solution and answer customers' enquiries
- Negotiate and liaise with customers on prices, contract, etc
- Advise customer on finance, bank loan, etc to support the sale of cars
- Support organization's missions and goals
- Implement other tasks assigned by Sales Manager & General Manager
- Report to Sales Manager

- Degree in Economic/ Business Administration or its equivalence

- Sales proven track record
- Obtained B2 car driving license; Can handle test-drive, off-road trips with customers, Can travel for business trip
- English communication skill and computer literacy
- Extensive knowledge of local market and environment
- Be self-motivated, hard-working, good communication and sales skills, be able to work overtime to accomplish assignment/ under high pressure to achieve the sales target, etc
- Knowledge of automotive industries would be an advantage
- Must be independent and resourceful
