Report to: Marketing Manager in Singapore office
1. Manage the marketing team/ dept.
2. Providing direction and guidance for the marketing department
3. Taking responsibility for their effectiveness, and ensuring that they perform well in their respective duties
4. Encouraging a "thinking culture" so that the team members can participate and give input into the marketing process.
5. Managing the brand. Ensure that all that we do is consistent with our long-term objective of building brand equity. This involves:
- Strategic planning for brand in Vietnam (using focus channels via radio and press ads)
- Enhancing the brand image, as well as the public's perception
- Identifying market and sales trends so that we can position ourselves among the competitors
- Monitoring sales walk-in and bookings nos. thru promotions & events
Managing the Agencies & Dealers:
1. Giving direction and overall concept briefs to the advertising & PR agencies
2. To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the campaigns
3. Monitoring dealers ads, promotions, road shows and activities
Managing Ad HOC projects:
1. Internet strategy and lead generation programs
2. Customer database management and retention programs
3. After Sales and Service Quality Improvement Programs (work with service)
4. Others.
