Job title: Service Engineer for Medical Solutions
Job description: - Responsibility for the improvement of customers` satisfaction and their economic benefit by providing advantages (focus on all Siemens strengths)
- Perform all technical service activities for Siemens Med in Vietnam, including site survey, site planning and site preparation, installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, operating instructions, application training, acceptance test, maintenance services and performance of all UI's to customers
- Technical support to field service engineers, sales staff and end-users
- Responsible for quality and safety of all technical service activities and of all Siemens medical equipment installed within the assigned areas
- Make sure that the site is suitable for the to-be-installed equipment
- Coordinate with the logistic staff for a proper and on time delivery of the equipment
- Make information (spare parts) available for logistic staff for spare part ordering
- Support the sales force on any issues related to project management and technical services
- Maintain all records, certifications related to performance of technical services
- Investigation of customer feedback in order to ensure the basis for solid business relationship
- Process Responsibility: Development, adaptation and implementation of efficient organization forms, assure optimal quality at earliest time possible
- Solution assessment
- Effective cost control in assigned area
- Support sales force/ project team as a technical expert on project negotiations/ customer visits
- Customer contact in pre-sales, sales and post sales activities
- Selling service and maintenance contracts
- Project management in technical terms
- Failure analysis: managing of all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure reports
- Monitoring Siemens Med installed base
  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 1 year
  Minimum career level: Engineer
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate
  General request:

- 1 - 2 year experience in service in medical technology field is preferred
