Job description: • Ensure that all shipments from the factories will be shipped following up Lacoste guideline

• Control Bookings made by factories against confirmed ship dates and Shipping instruction release status

• Monitor the Factories supply the shipping documentation on time and correctly based on the shipping instructions received

• Check details on the shipping documents from factories to ensure that they are correct

• Create and issue relevant documentation:
- Shipping Instructions in SAP system
- G/R (Goods Receipt) in SAP system
- Billing document in SAP system
- Invoice to customer in SAP system/excel

• Deliver factories' original documentation to PentlandAsia HK on time

• Send document pack to customers on time

• Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, HK team and UK team to ensure that goods are shipped without delay and to ensure that if problems arise, the necessary steps are taken to minimise disruption to the delivery schedule.

• Communicate with merchandiser for any delay in shipments so that ship date in system will be maintained accurately

• To ensure the shipping information being updated accuracy into SAP system follow Service Level Agreement

• Update monthly shipment report to internal review

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 2 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: • Intermediate spoken & written English

• 3-4 years shipping experience

• Good communication skills

• Computer operation skills (intermediate MS Word, MS Excel and data capture)

• Detail, deadline conscious

• Team player

• Systematic & organised

• Customer focussed

• Communicative and pro-active

• Complete on time and in full

• Documentation must be correct and accurate

• Customers complaints
