Job description: - Support various administrative functions for Country Global Transactions Services Head and other senior members of GTS as required
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
- Prepare and arrange travels, calendar and expense reports
- Arrange accommodation and logistics for visitors
- Take minutes, prepare PowerPoint presentations for meeting with clients
- Coordinate to book meetings and conferences schedule
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Answer phone calls and handle in an appropriate manner
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Perform general clerical duties which include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain and update customer contact data
- Assist in organizing internal and external events/seminars/training and in marketing activity execution
- Act as coordinator for Employee Survey and company activities
- Update the new customer acquisition reports and the cross sales reports
- Assist Business Head in preparing business and financial reports
- Other admin duties as assigned by Country Global Transactions Services Head
  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 2 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
  General request: - University graduate
- At least 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Admin Assistant in a global/ multinational firm
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Self motivated, proactive, detail oriented and well organized
- Professional, highly responsible and good at time management
- Able to handle high volume of work, to work under pressure & adapt to change
  Computer skills: - Proficient in using office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  Soft skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
