Job title: International Trade Manager (mainly export)
Job description: - Responsible for export operations of the company, ensuring the timely delivery term with good quality to satisfy the needs of domestic and foreign customers.

- Responsible for purchasing, importing goods to meet demand for goods supply chain effectively.

- Sourcing goods, samples from oversea to support R&D Dept. Coordinating with Planning Dept for importing good.

- Advising and counseling departments, board of directors in the field of Export and Import.

- Monitor of tax payments closely with the Account Department to avoid duties and taxes issues that affects the time for importing goods.

- Work at irregular hours of the day to interface with clients overseas at different time zones, or concentrate on a time zone where the most concentration in sales activity occurs.

- Supervise the teams of sales agents so each team can focus on servicing the clients on one time zone.

- Provide management with regularly sales performance reports detailing problem areas and those with superior sales exceeding quotas.

- Provide logistics support to sales teams on the line to ensure they perform their duties and responsibilities at their best with no excuses of failure.

- Directs foreign sales and service outlets of an organization; Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers to establish outlets.

- Report to GM.
  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 - 7 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
  General request: - University graduated. A master's degree is an advantage if there's strong competition for the position.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in export import operations and logistics field is preferred. 

- Good knowledge of import export procedures and practices.

- Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.

- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office programs.

- Ability to build network, maintain relationship and fully familiar with all aspects of shipping, documentation etc.

- Must have strong communication, negotiation, management and leading skill.

- Ability to work under pressure. Strong Problem solving and analysis skill.And a "Can Do" attitude and willing to give things a go.
