Job description:
Basic Function:
Under the supervision of Managing Director, Vietnam, the incumbent of the position as NE FOD manager is responsible for:
Controlling all processes in NE installation to comply with group and Company standards.
Providing/ coordinating feedback to factory to improve quality of the products
Ensuring all activities in compliance with WWJSSS and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Plans/ implements overall project management including project planning, coordinating and control to ensure projects done correctly and timely
2. Controls/coordinates all processes in NE installation to ensure that projects are managed correctly to meet customer’s requirements.
3. Visits jobsites on a regular basis to identify any issue for solution and conducts preventive actions for projects running correctly to improve field efficiency
4. Reviews/ resolves any defect or problem before handover to the customers to have flawless installation.
5. Ensures that all products ordered by customers are operating with a good quality and the optimized condition.
6. Complies with EHS Responsibilities & Accountabilities in accordance with Company & Group Policy.
7. Supervises/ensures sub-contractor’s work in compliance to WWJSSS and Company policies and procedures.
8. Conducts FPA by visiting jobsites for assurance review and follows up for corrective actions to have a field efficiency.
9. Implements trainings to sub-contractors and NE FOD staff to ensure they use appropriate work methods and procedures for NE installation effectively and correctly.
  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced
  General request:
- University graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and has experience in the fields of elevator & escalator for at least 8 years
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Strong leadership in project management preferred
- PC Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Project Management)
- Project Management of installation elevator,
