1. Provides technical support to SVC operations to comply with EH&S Company and company standards.
2. Provides direction to SVC FOD Supervisor for him to control SVC fields efficiently and timel
3. Visits/communicates with existing clients for technicalinformation about the SVC maintenance, modification, remodeling, modernization in jobsites to provide Service excellence to the clients.
4. Conducts technical and safety training courses for the employees such as SVC mechanics, FOD, Sales, etc to improve their knowledge and skills.
5. Supports/advises Sales Department for technical and engineering fields to help them to have correct quotations.
6. Reviews/analyzes service recordsin SVC log and share with SVC team weekly to reinforce their experiences in a liftmaintenance.
7. Provides consultations to the existing customers to ensure the lifts operating correctly.
