Establish strategies and action plans for booking, sales, business profit of achievement, and expansion of market share for Company brand.
Provide sales perspectives to the Marketing team for their analysis and support in their benchmark.
Effectively support, supervise and lead sales team to better sales results.
Review the price and contracts to ensure the compliance with Company Vietnam policies
Ensure that all subordinates fully apply with Group, Company policies
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the target achievement including number of NE booking units, booking value, and booking margin based upon Company business plan
2. Develops annual business plan and assigns sales target to each team member for a practical achievement
3. Leads the team to establish their monthly plan for booking, collection, and achieving goals
4. Directs and supervises team members for corrective activities on customer’s demands and company policies and provides subordinates with managerial supports
5. Reviews estimations, negotiations and contract documents to decide each project ‘s selling pr And secure booking and sign off the contracts.
6. Manages team members to inform each project’s data to related department for appropriate customer delivery and make sure production and installation schedule in a timely manner
7. Monitors or provides feedback on the implementation of sales procedures, company policies consensus with Group Standard
