Job description:
  • Set vision targets for Operations Team
  • Create a committed, high performance team
  • To produce flexible packaging in accordance with the production plan which are then delivered on time, in full with zero defects to our customers
  • Monitors and controls costs of production within budgeted levels
  • Manage sites occupational health and safety and environment practices to meet Group standards and local legal requirements
  • On going program to enhance safety awareness
  • Participates in development of strategic plan and budget ensuring factory requirements are met
  • Develops and implements factory human resources (HR) plan consistent with company’ plans
  • Ensure the right calibre people are recruited and capable of long term growth and development
  • Ensures training is provided to meet employee development needs
  • Ensures employee performance is managed and opportunities for development and training are provided
  • Ensures staffing levels are appropriate and as per
  • Maintain skills and training matrix for each employee
  • Protect and enhances the value of capital, plant and equipment by proposing and implementing capital improvements
  • Ensure all production equipment is well maintained and preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Ensure adequate security is in place to protect plant, equipment and personnel
  • Ensures that factory organization culture and employee relations are supportive of long-term business strategies by effective, open two-way communication and feedback regarding business issues. 
  • Establish and execute factory employee relations plan in accordance with guidelines
  • Reports on factory performance in accordance with company’ guidelines
  • Implement activities as documented in the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
  • Plan, control and coordinate the transportation schedule to ensure a timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitoring the daily logistics operation, departmental planning and administrative issues.
  • To handle and follow up invoicing for daily delivery
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by GM.
  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 year
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced
  General request:
  •   Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. 7 - 10 years experience in manufacturing and people management
  • A proven record demonstrating: strategic vision, analysis and problem solving, business and finance acumen
  • Deliver result: manage execution, customer focus, leads for performance, drives changes and innovation.
