- Managing Sales team in order to reach sales objectives that Companyassigned according to properly the approved budget and sales process;

- Analysing sales trend , sales results and comparing with competitors;

- Planning to find customers and exploit market via forms of new offering, extending relationship with potential customers, consolidate relationship with the existing customers;

- Cooperating with Marketing to organize events in order to add more sales;

- Updating Market information, competitions weekly, make the market report weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly;

- Combinating HR & Admin department to recruite , choose, orientate and train sales staff.

- Making annual training plan as well as personnel plan for department and preparing materials for recuitments;

- Supervising operation of department for following the right orientation of the Company;

- Evaluating work result of Sales Executive weekly, quarterly, yearly;

- Making customers report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly;

- Other tasks assigned by the directly manager;
