Job description: 1. Special Menu

- Deliver dishes, plan and price menus to make it special, appropriate the market and competitive food cost.

- Create Product Recipe

- Produce, modify and standardize the food processing in compliance with restaurant operation.

- Set-up procedures of purchasing food, kitchen stuffs and equipment.

- Select items, arrange and prepare materials, equipment and necessary stuffs for food training process.

- Instruction on culture of cuisine within the in-charged restaurants.

- Combine the Company Objective with special cuisine culture of in charged stores.

- Initiative improve current products and develop new products.

2. Ensure the quality of products

- Training and supervising kitchen staffs to ensure the quality of products.

- Organizing and planning of restaurant recurrent check, in order to manage personnel, technique and training schedule.

- Control the stock of materials at all outlets to ensure the dishes are delivered stably and qualified. Propose the improving plan.

- Report weekly to PDM/OM/AM.

- Organize personnel in kitchen. Coordinate with OPS in recruitment, technique checking and interview.

- Ensure the quality of foods delivered from DC or from suppliers.

- Recommend for food processing and producing at outlets and DC.

3. Standardize the kitchen operation, well organize the stuff and equipment.

- Propose the best solutions for kitchen management of in-charged outlets.

- Support new restaurant for setting-up kitchen layout, personnel and equipment.

4. Report

- Report as planned to PDM

- Other tasks as per request and under the authorization

- Co-ordination with other departments to develop the Company kitchen system and PD Chef Operation.

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Associate's degree
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced
  General request: - Intermediate ‘s degree in Process Food or Chef

- At least 5 years - experience in relevan field

- Ability to organize and operate action in kitchen.

- Ability to train and teach the staff

- Have manage skill, Ability to build the plan and conduct action

- Ability to research and create new meal suitable with restaurant.
