Job description: - Set up the yearly CRM Strategy to attract new customers.

- Plan the customer relation programs and projects.

- Maintain good relation with existing clients.

- Manage and maintain projects and implementation: DMS, CSI, ...

- Insure highest standards of customer communication & services.

- Develop & effectively communicate & reinforce CRM plan with clear objectives, expectations and responsibilities

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 3 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced
  General request: - 1 - 3 years of relevant CRM systems experience, preferably with a balance of CRM strategic planning and implementation with hands-on systems design and administration.

- Database administration and/or campaign management expertise is critical.

- 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing/sales/customer experience insights and analytics is preferred in addition to intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge. This individual should also possess a successful track record in client service, project management, and issue resolution.

- Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial spirit are important attributes.

- Bachelor degree in any related area

- Automotive industry experience is preferred
