Working Place: Bien Hoa

Main Responsibilities:

- To enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company's core values.

- To be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

- Building up a complete Training System / Centralize the current training activities.

- Responsible for offering training in a job-specific area. Focuses on teaching specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions

Job Summary:

- Identify and assess training needs (TNA) based on the Company mission, vission and mid-term plan.

- Create, Develop the annual training plan and its materials, presentations, hand-out...

- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.

- Hold workshops and lectures for a certain training topics (Technical, proffessional, legal issues, soft-skills .....) based on the assignement

- Conduct the Orientation training for new employees.



- Daily report directly to HR Supervisor / HR Manager

- Subordinates: Nill (Working with assigned Training Team)


- Training Agencies and Logistic Providers

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 2 years
  Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
  General request: Background:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

Specific Skills and Knowledge:

- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.

- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.

- Proven ability and Adequate knowledge to master the full training cycle.

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.

- Sound decision making and organisational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
