Job description: Set up menu, training, improve and develop new dishes for Korean Restaurants.

Training and coaching kitchen team to stabilize and maintain products quality.

Supervise cooking team in Korean Restaurants.

1. Set up menu

Set up menu that is absolutely approriate with market trends.

Create recipe for dishes.

Set up processing standard procedures and modify processes to compatible operating at the restaurants.

Propose materials, tools, and equipment standard needed for processing.

Make a list, prepare, organize materials, tools and equipment needed to train food processing.

Provide guidance on the culinary culture of undertaken restaurant chain.

Provide guidance on combining culinary culture of undertaken restaurant chain with style and direction of the company.

Proactive in improving old products and developing new products.

2. Ensure the dishes quality served in the restaurants

Train, coach, maintain, and monitor staff in restaurant kitchens to ensure food quality on the base of approved standard.

Organize and plan to examine restaurants periodically to grasp the situation of staffing, staff skills and work out plan to overcome or appropriate training schedule.

Handle the situation of raw materials to ensure the stability of food / product quality and work out how to overcome.

Perform weekly report on kitchen of undertaken chain for PDM and submit information, how to overcome, the proposal for discussion (if any) to OM / AM.

Consult the staffing in the kitchen. Coordinate with OPS in recruiting, skill test for the kitchen staff of restaurant (within the Professional Interview)

3. Standardize kitchen operation, layout of equipment, tools and supplies used for model

Propose schemes for activities optimization in the kitchens of the undertaken chain.

Standardize the activities in the kitchen of undertaken chain.

Provide standard for using tools and equipment.

Support to set up new restaurants including kitchen arrangement, staffing, tools and supplies used in the kitchen.

4. Reports and Others

Perform the prescribed report to PDM.

Other jobs on demand without illegal.

Coordinate to develop the company kitchen system & operating system of PD department chef.


  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Others
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: At least Diploma Degree in relevant food processing.

Have training and coaching skills.

Have management, planning and activities implement skills.

Over 5 years of experience in similar position.

Ability to organize and operate kitchen activities.

Experience in research and creating new dishes suitable for restaurants.
