Job title: Knit Team Leader
Job description: Overview:
Knit team leader is the person who runs the knit Fabric department / Knit factory. The role of this person is fabric planning, ordering, manage staff and make sure the fabric need the deadline and the standard quality.

- Planning
o Finance - must be able to calculate the efficiency of all orders in line.
o Capacity - must be able to calculate fabric department capacity levels and ensure the fabric department is always running at the most efficient levels
o Planning - be able to set up, run and maintain the critical planning for departments to ensure on time deliveries are made
o The team leader will be responsible in managing the Knit Fabric needs of the company. Managing the local fabric sourcing, availability and pricing.
o Provide technical support at the fabric development stage and fabric testing.
o Lead time- Make plan with for the Knitting factory; control quality fabric to ensure the timeline delivery; find out best solution for any problem in the fabric processing, lead time and work with contractors such as dying / washing/ finishing factories to maintain good relationship.
o Fabric warehouse - manage and maintain the fabric / yarn warehouse to be clean and well organized
o Fabric movement control - control movement of fabric between input and exit to ensure that no shortage/ wastage is occurring.

- Production
o Output - Make sure the supply to the lines meets the necessary output required for the department to operate at its capacity
o Cost - Daily factory cost analysis is done to maintain the monthly cost / revenue targets are met.
o Labor Levels - to understand the working ability of each staff then arrange for the right level in the department.
o Efficiency - be responsible for production and efficiency of the knit fabric department; maintain the standards quality as per customer's requirements.
o Merchandising - continuously monitor the fabric equipment, machines and other department assets to ensure that the department is always operational and that new development within the field are reviewed and considered to improve the output.

- General
o Cleanliness - will be responsible for keeping all aspects of the Fabric are clean, tidy and well organized.
o Organized - to ensure the production plan is met and exceeded.
o Sourcing new suppliers to meet PO's needs
o Incentive schemes to increase productivity and motivate the work force

- Reporting
o Report to Fabric Manager about tasks at knit Fabric Dept
o Report to HR, Finance Dept and if needed

- Another assigned tasks by Fabric Manager

Job requirement/ Tiêu chuẩn thực hiện công việc:
- 90 - 95 % order will be delivery in house on time as plan.
- 100% issues of quality can be solved, reduce to 10 % products need to rework.
- Quantity: No extra 5% with big orders, min of extra 50 met/color.
- 100% staff follow the procedures of Fabric Dept
- Make the reports exactly and on time
- Update information into report exactly and daily
- Increase productivity and quality

Job relationship/ Quan hệ công việc:
- Communicate with Fabric Manager, Merchandising, Production, Sampling and Printing Dep't to solve all issues relating with production, plan and cost.
Rights and authority/ Quyền hạn và phạm vi ra quyết định
- Can request the staff follow all your instruction in work
- Can ask Fabric Manager and HR dep't hire or fire the staffs of Knit Fabric Dep't in need
- Can ask Fabric Manager dep't increase the salary base on the budget and their achievement
- Can request Fabric Manager to adjust the procedure if any not suitable.

  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 5 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: - Have at least 5 years working experience in textile fabric business.
- Good knowledge of yarn/fabrics /Processing/ technical knowledge of fabrics.
- Good knowledge of various types of knit fabrics , and their properties.
- Strong problem solving capability.
- Good local sourcing skill
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Good understand of English - intermediate level
- Good computer skill
- Hard working and good organize.
