Job description: 1. Foundation, plan to creative the manual, tools, procedure to focus to customer's satisfaction at 3 main factors such as:

• Professional skill

• Hospitality

• Surrounding environment: clean and tidy ...

2. Deliver behavior training programs -> Training -> manage service chain -> TM -> Orientation.

3. Re-enforce Behavior by coaching, evaluation, reception, bonus, check list, report, performance

4. Measure/ assessment by 3rd evaluation & check interaction from customer's complain & satisfaction.

5. Develop and manage a central resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized by all colleagues.

6. Lead orientation team.

General: Years of experience: At least 3 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
  General request: 1. Experience: At least 03 years experiences in the same position in restaurant chain or hotel.
2. Education: University/Bachelor or above
3. English skill: Good at 4 skills
  Computer skills: Good at using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point
  Soft skills: • A confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Enthusiastic and positive personality, effective leader and team player, possessing a high degree of professionalism and sound human resources management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, works well on their own, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
