Manage HR Department

- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

- Ensure that department employees are well-versed in their areas of expertise.

- Expertise in compensation, benefits, safety, payroll, recruiting and training.

Recruitment and Selection

- Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.

- Oversees the recruitment and selection processes

Training and Development

- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

- Oversee needs assessments to determine when training is necessary and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.

- Conduct needs assessment have a hands-on role in evaluating overall employee performance to decide if the workforce would benefit from additional training and orientation.

- Devise career tracks for employees who demonstrate the aptitude and desire for upward mobility.

Compensation and Benefits

- Set compensation structures and evaluating competitive pay practices.

- Negotiate group health coverage rates with insurers and coordinate activities with the retirement savings fund administrator.

- Payroll can be a component of the compensation and benefits section of HR; however, in many cases, employers outsource such administrative functions as payroll.

Knowledge of Laws

- Have knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and regulations that apply to human resources professionals.

- Ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with the current Labor Law.

- Monitor, supervise and ensure the administration section function effectively while achieving company's targers.

- Check and file administrative documents.

Interaction With Executive Leadership

- Understand the return on investment (ROI) in human resources activities as a contribution to the company's bottom line.

- Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records.

- Cooperate with heads of other departments to review, improve and implement job performance system.

Employee Relations

- Buil strong relationships with employees, gain the trust and confidence of employees

- Evaluate and resolve human relations, employee's morals, work performance and organizational productivity concerns.

General: Years of experience: 3 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Advanced (Required)
  General request: - Bachelor of Human Resources or relevant major.

- At least 3 years experience in the same position.

- Strong understanding of labour law.

- Good command in English (Advanced)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Diplomatic and negotiation skills.

- Ability to deal with difficult situations.
