Job description: * Human Resources

1. Develop and implement Human Resources Strategies in support of the company's vision, mission and strategy

2. Supervise and support the Human Resources team in reviewing and implementing Human Resources policies

3. Organize training & development

3.1 Identify training needs and develop training plan

- Continuously review and upgrade training curriculum based on actual requirements from Software development divisions
- Develop an effective training programs which address the training needs while ensuring optimum cost and efficiency

3.2 Monitor training programs

- Monitor orientation/ training programs for new recruits and provide fundamental knowledge and attitude
- Follow up with Software development team to ensure new recruits are integrated smoothly into the team, properly trained while on the job and sent for training as needed

3.3 Appraisal of training effectiveness

- Implement post-training evaluations to ensure objectives are met and design follow up trainings
- Coordinate with Operation and relevant departments to get feedback on the training results
- Build and upgrade training manuals, training process and other related documents (including templates); provide input in standard operational procedures

3.4 Team development
Develop training team as specified in the development plan

3.5 Ensure training activities achieve their targets and priorities

4. Service other Departments as a Human Resources Business Partner in areas such as:

- Recruitment

+ Create recruitment plan and strategy; monitor the implementation of recruitment plan; create and control recruitment budget effectively

+ Plan and implement the recruitment of talented students from Universities

- Performance Management

+ Cooperate with heads of other departments to review, improve and implement job performance system

- Employee Reward

+ Advise the Board of Directors to build Salary and employee's welfare policies; monitor and supervise the implementation of approved policies.

- Employment Legislation: Ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with the current Labor Law

- Employee Relation: Evaluate and resolve human relations, employee's morals, work performance and organizational productivity concerns

- Leadership Development


- Monitor, supervise and ensure the administration section function effectively while achieving company's targets
- Check and file administrative documents


  Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: At least 10 years
  Minimum career level: Manager
  Minimum education level: Bachelors
  Minimum language: English - Level: Intermediate (Required)
  General request: - Vietnamese citizen
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related majors; MBA degree is preferable
- At least 10 years of working experience in Human Resources industry of which at least 5 years as a HR Manager
- Hands on and strong knowledge with HR processes
- Able to work under pressure and high recruitment volume
- Fluent in the English and Vietnamese - both written and spoken
- Working experience in IT industry is preferable
