Job description: Key Responsibilities:

A - Organize Events
- Plan and organize Commercial Shows and other Customer Events. Analyze results of each event and make recommendations taking into account learning
- Work closely with Sales team in order to understand client's expectation.

B - Manage CRM
- Understand and conduct accurate analysis of customer segmentation
- Put together CRM action plan to maximize loyalty and recruitment (in collaboration with Sales teams)
- Monitor CRM activities results to fine tune strategy and execution

C - Manage Other Promotional Activities (beside Events and CRM)
- Make sure, together with our Visual Merchandiser, that Visual Merchandising expenses and quality are in line with plan and regional standards
- Manage ordering and qualitative usage of all Marketing tools.

D - Planning and Reporting
- Support BM in managing A&P, through budgeting and following / explaining possible gaps with budget throughout the year
- Be responsible for A&P in Business Reviews and Marketing Plans
- Coordinate surveys (consumers, media, mystery shoppers, competition) and ensure results lead to concrete action plan and that it is duly executed

E - Foster Open Communication
- Communicate continuously within the division and across divisions (especially Sales, PR & Communication) to achieve objectives
- Communicate continuously with regional office on all relevant issues and ask for assistance timely when questions arise. Make sure regional Marketing Policies are adhered to.

  General request: This position is responsible to manage all aspects of Marketing strategy from planning to execution in the following four areas: Events, CRM, VM and other promotional activities. This involves constant interdependence with Boutique teams, VM, Training and Product Management as well as the PR & Communication division.

Personal Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

- Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications or related field

- Have passion for the luxury retail business which requires balanced judgment between analysis, objective facts and "flair" /subjective aspects of fashion management

- Mature and responsible. Demonstrate open mindedness, ability to listen, high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills

- Have good business sense, strong ability to recommend improvements to increase business and enhance brand image. Highly analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy

- Management / Leadership, ability to inspire, involve and mentor subordinate and working group. Ability to create new ideas, work cooperatively, create consensus, coordinate with internal and overseas functions

- Communication / Language : strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation

- Numerical skills: ease with numbers making control and analysis of numerical data effective
