Job description: Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of VM for boutique. Manage FAs to follow VM guideline, and ensure window and in-boutique displays consistently reflect the essence of the seasonal line and are in accordance with the image.
- Ensure the boutique environment is always in optimum condition from cleanliness to maintenance of furniture, fixtures and décor including the professional image of team members.
- All collateral, supplies & stationery are used according to company guidelines
- Ensure all FAs are good in grooming, and well practice , and ready to serve.

- Check and make sure the team following all steps in.
- To assist the Boutique Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Deeply understand customers' needs and expectations.
- Well acknowledge in luxury retail customer service and support Boutique Manager in driving the team to provide excellent services that can surpass customers' expectations.
- Consistently lead the team with high quality examples / role modeling

- Champion personalized communication with customers and develop long lasting relationship with key customers
- Manage the team to keep track of their relationship through recording potential customer, phone call, thank you call / notes, and engage the team to surprise customers beyond their expectation.

- Develop long lasting relationship with key customers through manage the team in calling, and taking care customer after purchase
- Overview the After sales service (manage by Boutique Supervisor)
- Handle customer service, complaints and / or merchandise complaints effectively and according to guidelines.

- To assist the Boutique Manager in following up with Sales performance from each FAs
- To engage all FAs in increasing cross selling.

- To support Boutique Manager in checking all daily procedures, make sure FAs follow and execute properly.
- Control in POS tool, and Stationery usage.
- Review roster to maximize traffic demands / trading patterns
- Establish procedures to prevent theft / fraud in boutique and ensure staff are effective deterrents to thefts / security breaches
- Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of stock when required
- Ensure daily sales and appropriate paperwork is accurately completed

- Ensure team is motivated and understands brand & boutique vision and mission
- Work alongside with Boutique Manager and team member(s) to identify individual strengths / weaknesses and develop action plans to build individual strengths / address individual needs
- Look at ways to empower team and inspire team to go for the extra mile
- Conduct regular meetings to motivate team, e.g.
+ Morning briefing (max 10 - 15 mins daily)
+ Monthly meetings
- Coach team members in product knowledge, and sales techniques using tools provided
- Consistently lead the team with high quality examples / role modeling
- Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: grooming,cell phone usage, etc.)
- Assist with FA's questions, concerns and product/service...
- Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Boutique Manager.
